ok karaoke update.

the booking is for 8pm at Cash Box. k for those of you driving, pandai-pandai carik street directory because i have noooo idea how to drive there.

Cash Box is located at the BASEMENT of a really dodgy looking blue-coloured building near Hard Rock Cafe, near Forum the Shopping Mall at Orchard Road.

the nearest MRT station is at Orchard. walk straight on pass Wheelock (which is where Borders is), towards Forum. walk pass Forum, there'll be a small road turning left. you all should be able to see the blue building from there. can see Hard Rock also, but please jangan tersalah masuk building eh, thanks.

i hope it's clear enough.

if all else fails, ask someone. haha.

i don't know how you all are going, so i cant say what time yall should meet. as long as you are there by 8pm, anything goes.

this is VERY IMPORTANT: you CANNOT BE LATE. they will charge us starting at 8pm whether we are there or not. and we only have 3 hours. you will have to pay more for time extension.

also, it might come up to about $15-$20 per person. i'm not really sure. when i went, it was with 5 people, and i paid $16. Syikin pays about $20 for a fewer number of people. so depends lah how many people. more people might cost less. so just bring about $25 per person just to be safe.

23rd birthday on the 23rd

dearest family,

i did a lot of thinking today about my life. and i just want to say that i love my life, and most of it is because of our wonderful family.

even though i used to be the sourest puss at our family gatherings, the sharpest-tounged and the one with the hottest temper, none of you shunned me.

your unwavering love has touched me and i'm so grateful to be a part of this family. i'm also thankful that i have this medium to convey this to all of you instead of saying it 'live' where i'll just crumble into a blubbering lump of tears.

all in all, despite the SYRUP IN MY HAIR and the FLOUR IN MY NEW LEVI'S JEANS, and MILO MIXED WITH EGGS ON MY FOREVER 21 TOP, i love all of you. thanks for the sabo-ing too. because i now feel that a birthday isn't a birthday without eggs being thrown at you. so bring it on, i say. =)

Living in The Ocean (Underwater World Singapore)

Living in The Ocean (brought to u by Underwater World Singapore)

14 June - 15 June, I had to bring a group of residents to the Underwater World. It's a one day camp organised by Underwater itself.. Just wanna share with Grownz, in case u guys also wanna try this out also.. min pax 40...

The group that I had organised for.. a total of 9 families (i think)... After that we proceeded to Songs of the Sea.. It was a superb show.. too bad i couldn't capture the photos... coz it was too dark... video pun pun jadi lah.. n joy the video..

After Songs of the Sea, we headed back to Underwater World.. this is where the fun and educational begins!!! We had the WHOLE aquarium to ourselves.. and mind u the facilitators will educate the different type of fishes found in the aquarium itself.. I was amazed...

Before u know it.. it was shower time and prepare for the night... Sleeping bags were provided by Underwater World lah.. and we slept in the tunnel itself (where the travelator is)... But that night punyalah susah nak tido.. the kids were so hyper.. imagine every 15mins they will be running around the Oceanarium itself.. looking at the fishes jelly fish running up and down.. and went to the touchpool to touch the stingrays, puffer fish, bamboo shark, etc lah.. They can simply do wateva dey want since the whole Oceanarium is theirs for the night...

Next day pulak before we headed home, we proceed to the Dolphin Lagoon and watched the dolphins doing their act and we got to touch the dolphins for FREE!!!

I enjoyed myself so much.. juz wanna share with u guys... ;)
