All the hardwork bebaloi cos we won the fourth place last sunday.Thank you for all you support so far and thanks to the kids for staying focus all the time. They have done very well honestly and should keep it up! Big thank YOU to Munir for being consistent in training the kids. Werx for your tips on the tournament, Ian being great Team Captain and the Focus players and all the encouragement from parents, family, friends and the usual support. Its a BRAND now, we are making thing happen for us. I am proud of YOU...

Foorball tornament for Under 12 males

These are the kids involved in the tornament.It will be held at Tampines West Community Centre at 9am on Sunday, 30th March 2008.Those who are involved,please turned up by 8.15am.The Grownz Jr is in group A.The other schools that is in the same group is Junyuan Primary,East Veiw Primary and Chong Zheng Primary.Their first match will be at 9.30 against Junyuan Secondary School and their second match will be against East Veiw Primary school at 10.45.i dont know why your not up against Chong Zeng Primary.I tink it is because the other team is against 2 other schools only.The first two team from each tables will progress to the semi finales. And for your information,Only Grownz Jr comes from the cuzen nyer team.The rest is from school teams. All the best for your tornament..And need i remind those who are playing,please turn up by 8.15 at Tampines West Community Centre. Tell your daddy or Mummy about this.Those who wants to come and support,please do so.The place is at Tampines West CC,2nd floor, the badminton court.

ok at first i thought no one was coming. so very sedih lah. haziq, munir, eqa and me only. macam mana nak main netball cam gitu. dah kul 8 pun 4 orang jer. smiff. nasib baik encik ben and jerries pun ader. hilang sedih sikit.


skali orang ramai datang seh! Kak Yati, Syikin, Faizal, Faeizah, Fareed, Shahiran, Irfan. macam mana diorang muat satu kereta pun tak tahu. tapi takper. janji ader orang datang, baru shiok.

most of them are still learning, so i think maybe another round of netball next week. then we'll change to something else. so anyone else interested, we'll be there at the court next to ebdok view secondary school at the same time next friday.

dear netball girls,




it started ages back, about 9 years ago. when none of us were married and most of us were in school. which explains why we were so free. haha.

but slowly years passed. and the inevitable growing up had to happen sometime i guess. we started working. relationships became more serious and some of us got married. slowly but surely we stopped training, stopped meeting until family functions came along. the most recent get together was in October last year, i think. for Kak Majdiah's hen party, which reminded us of how much fun we could get up to.

i just really miss us. we hardly get together as a group anymore. we had zoo trips and sentosa trips. and i remember all our outings, from sentosa to the zoo to the hen night, as really fun trips. the most fun i've ever had in my life. i just really miss those, you know.

there's netball tonight, and i really hope you girls make it. i know it wont be the same, but for old time's sake, eh?

or we can make it earlier since it's a public holiday.

Great and refressing day for training semalam, Moon and the team are gettin organise with DRILLS after the game... someting new and thing to look forward to each week... suma masokkan skill masing masing....moon dengan dia nye rugby nye teknil la... aiyus pon samer jugar, macam2 macam cara dia bikin sampai pakai satu selipar pon ader say.....

Aidil asyil step tunggu and bagik bola.... bilaer nak lari say... ika dengan leading way to make the training more meaning ful and FUN... Shaqeer and Shafeeq as usal the fast one to run... lari giler...

11 growns turned up and AbG TINK shall be changes iN the team as to increase them. You can invite other friends that are game to join the team. make it 50 50. We need to inject new idea and people to the team.

Yg keja, cant make it, sekolah, shift, tidor, malas nak gi, not interrested suma all may have their own commitment and its fine no worries..

From day one the activities are open. Growns is about family and getting to know more people.

Our ex GROWn Azlan,Mahadi are always in touch with me. So there is no SUCH things as limitations. Go on !!
